Having been involved in competitive sports throughout his life, he pursued his passion for athletics by becoming a varsity athlete in rowing and lacrosse at UBC, where he earned his Bachelor's degree in Kinesiology. During his undergraduate years, Dr. Ben gained valuable experience as a student athletic therapist with the varsity men's baseball team, providing comprehensive care for the athletes. Continuing his journey in healthcare, Dr. Ben completed his Doctor of Chiropractic at Palmer West in San Jose, California. He believes in a holistic approach to neuromusculoskeletal health, recognizing the intricate balance between muscle strength, joint mobility, and overall stability. To address these aspects, he employs various chiropractic and rehabilitation techniques, including Functional Range Conditioning, Functional Range Release, and Dynamic Neuromuscular Stabilization.
