She completed her Bachelor's degree in Human Kinetics, with a specialization in Movement Science, at the University of Windsor. Following her undergraduate studies, she pursued and successfully completed her Doctorate of Chiropractic degree at the Canadian Memorial Chiropractic College. Dr. Clay adopts an evidence-based and patient-centered approach in her practice. Recognizing that each individual's body is unique, she tailors her treatment strategies accordingly. Her focus involves a combination of manual chiropractic manipulation, mobilizations, myofascial release therapy, instrument-assisted soft tissue mobilization (IASTM), neurofunctional/dry needling acupuncture, electrostimulation, and patient-specific exercise programs.
