Aaron Ashe is a Registered Massage Therapist (RMT) within the practitioner team of the Fortius Institute. He has over a decade of experience in his field and has worked with a variety of clients. He has extensive experience in treating individuals for sport specific injuries, and provided recovery and regeneration massage for the Vancouver Whitecaps FC of Major League Soccer. Aaron is especially concerned with the management and prevention of injuries in his clients, using education to empower them to become proactive in their own wellness. He has also worked as a personal trainer and has taught for over six years in his various specialities at Vancouver College of Massage Therapy (of Utopia Academy) - a massage therapy college - teaching Anatomy & Physiology, Therapeutic Exercise and Joint Mobilizations.
