Liz’s Acupuncture practice includes the use of Traditional Chinese Medicine techniques such as needling, cupping, gua sha (skin scraping), Tui Na (Chinese massage), electric stimulation and TCM diet therapy. Liz treats a wide range of conditions including but not limited to chronic pain management, mental health such as stress, anxiety, post traumatic stress, depression and addictions, women’s health, pre and post natal care, digestive issues, allergy relief and immune support.
