Sara decided to start her career in massage after working 7 years as a lifeguard and swim instructor with the North Vancouver recreation commission. She graduated from West Coast College of Massage Therapy in New Westminster in 2017. Her biggest goal is helping her clients find a lifestyle that helps them manage their own pain and tension.

Sara believes strongly in homecare being the “long term” help her clients need to return to optimal health. Her treatments include various techniques such as myofascial release, trigger point release, IASTM, joint mobilizations, prenatal massage, and many other manual therapy techniques.

Sara has always enjoyed being active. At a young age she played sports such as wrestling, volleyball, swimming and dance. Today she continues being active by going on hikes with her dog, attending dance classes, joining yoga classes and more. In her spare time she likes to play the piano, read, and watch movies.
