Rachelle completed her training at the Vancouver College of Massage Therapy to successfully become a Registered Massage Therapist. She has also achieved certifications in Kinesiotaping and Functional Movement Screening, Level 1. Prior to becoming an RMT, Rachelle worked as a Kinesiologist with a focus on active rehabilitation and personal training.

Rachelle’s wide variety of work experience enables her to create a specific massage therapy and rehabilitation plan especially for you! Her athletic background in volleyball, basketball and football, was filled with various types of injuries and subsequent rehabilitation techniques; this exposure allowed her to learn throughout the years of her athletic career. Along with her knowledge in manual therapy through her work as an RMT, her kinesiology certification means that she will be able to educate her clients thoroughly about the anatomy and physiology of their bodies.

When Rachelle is not in the clinic, you can find her playing volleyball, basketball or football, or looking for something new to eat.
