Serena was born and raised in the heart of the sunny Okanagan where she graduated from the Okanagan Valley College of Massage Therapy.
Serena believes massage can be an effective therapy for those who are willing to help themselves heal. So, in addition to providing therapeutic massage, Serena incorporates stretching, strengthening and self care as part of an individualized home care plan for each of her patients.
