Heather Caldwell, Registered Massage Therapist

I’m originally from the Interior of BC and grew up ranching and logging! I pursued several academic/science related topics in university before finding massage therapy.

In 2018 I graduated with a 2200 hr diploma from MH Vicars School of Massage Therapy in Calgary.

Since then, I’ve gained experience treating individuals from a variety of backgrounds presenting with various musculoskeletal issues, from repetitive use and sports injuries, to pregnancy. Helping clients achieve their treatment goals, be that relaxation, improved flexibility, or tackling specific areas, is always my primary focus, and one of my favorite parts of massage.

When I’m away from the table, I enjoy exploring the back country with my dog, taking long walks on the beach, soaking up the rain, cycling, swimming, and generally staying active!
