Dr Sangeetha Nadarajah is a Board Certified Family Physician holding a certificate from the College of Family Physicians of Canada and a certification from the American Board of Family Medicine. She completed her residency training at Southern Illinois University where she practiced rural, hospitalist and emergency medicine. She specializes in Integrative Medicine, Trigger point therapy and women’s health. Her interests include evidence-based yoga as medicine research, integrative aesthetics, a deeper dive into food as medicine, and completion of her culinary medicine certificate (first doctor in BC to compete!).⁠ ⁠Dr. Sangeetha is also an accomplished classical Indian dancer (Bharatanatyam, Kuchipudi) who has completed her Arangetram under Guru Geetha Yogendran at Narthanalaya Centre for South Asian Arts and her 200-hour Vinyasa teacher training & Yin Yoga training
