Carolyn (Carrie) Francis

A new graduate of Vancouver College of Massage Therapy (April 2017), Carrie is excited to not only use her training but deepen her knowledge through experience and continuing education. She is an avid hiker and runner, who has also begun casually bouldering this previous spring. She believes in maintaining a healthy body greatly benefits the cultivation of a healthy mind.

She has a particular interest in scar tissue work, trigger point release, myofascial release, dynamic stretching and deep tissue massage. Cultivating treatment planning and home-care that are patient focused and based on the response and need of the body, she seeks to continually refine the ability to actively listen to her paitent and the response of their soft tissue.
